Four times a year we step back for 2.5 hours of focused training, a look at what’s ahead for the sector, and time to work on your own quarterly plan, based on your organisation's objectives.

Your one-to-one strategy session

When you join, you complete a short goals and opportunities workbook, then have a personal session with Sallie to get you focused from the start.

Ongoing support between sessions

A private members hub with workbooks, templates, a searchable question archive and a member directory, plus a members only WhatsApp group for quick questions and honest feedback.
